Tho Eighty-seventh district was decided by tho lllp of a coin and tho "drys" won. thus1' giving them a total of SIS Judges In all of the districts of thu city, while tho "wets" have a total of SI. By tho "wets" getting 'the even districts, dis-tricts, however, it gives them a majority of Judges in tho two most Important districts, dis-tricts, tho Twenty-sixth and tho Fifty-fourth. Fifty-fourth. These are tho two big downtown districts, whero the heaviest balloting ISrt done. Who May Voto. According to the official Interpretation of that portion of the liquor law relating relat-ing to registration, any person qualltled to" vote at a regular municipal election Is qualltled to vote at the special liquor election. The registry lists of the last preceding municipal election have been copied and will be on file at the registration regis-tration offices ten days prior to the llrst registration day. Those who voted at the hist municipal election will not be required to register again. If they have moved to a different voting district in tho meantime they will be required to get a transfer. Those who voted at tho last general election but who did not vote at the municipal election of 1909 will be required to register In order to be eligible eli-gible to voto at tho coming liquor election elec-tion in Salt Lake City. Tho same is true of all other cities and towns In the state. In countv units In which liquor elections elec-tions are held all are eligible to vote who arc qualified to cast a voto at u countv or general election. The registry lists for the last county or general election elec-tion have been copied and those who voted vot-ed at the general election of 1910 In the countv oirtslde of the cities and towns will not he required to register again beiorc voting at tho coming liquor election elec-tion In the county unit.
