This loiter was spurned with stinging contempt and sent back to our organization by the piesldent of the Contractors' association with a note stating that it had eviden? This insult we could not lot pass unnoticed, unno-ticed, hence tho aforesaid committee was duly elected, and their submitted report proved beyond a doubt that all members of this brotherhood and their sympathizers sympa-thizers who would stand for this agreement agree-ment would be locked out on the date that this agreement should tako effect. June 15. 1010. In view of this fact, wo realize that the time for Immediate action had come.
