The l following pupils took part in the- pro- i gramme: Tholma 'Mnlin, Ellen Ames, I Carol Cain, who played their pieces ad- i mirablv; Jlattio Nathan played ! "Longing for Homo" with much ex pression: Gladys Morning, who showed good technique, in n pretty piece, "The Fountain," by Bohm. Sarah May Sims played "The Minuot." by Padcrewski. and "Tarrantella" by Raff excellently, excellent-ly, and Mozavt'a Sonata in D for two pianos, Madamo Brodhoek at, fho second pjauo. Tup audience was highly pleased throughout the programme. lUadamo Brodbeck was enthusiastically npplawl-od npplawl-od for two songs sho saug. A pretty Christmas tree was illuminated, rcfresh-monts rcfresh-monts were served, old-fasihoncd games wcro played. The children, their parents par-ents and friends had a splendid tunc.
