Deputy United States Marshal Chris Mod-son Mod-son of Guthrie tonight served a citation on Governor Haskell, nummonlng him to appear in tho federal court Friday to show cause why he should uttempt to rcmovo thc state capital to Oklahoma City. Last night Deputy United States Marshal Mar-shal Heck Thomas was repulsed by tho governor when.he attempted to serve papers pa-pers on him. The governor had received a paper from thc hands of Sheriff Ma-honey Ma-honey of Logan county. "This Is not Mahonoy," said Thomas. "This is the governor of Oklahoma. 1 would have you know," said Haskell. Thc subpoena was taken away unserved un-served after the govornor had turned his back on the officer.
