In Chicago, Chi-cago, Kansas City, St. iLouls nnd othor eastern' points. , Although Mr. Glauque mnde the trip primarily pri-marily on personal business, ho took considerable con-siderable time at" Chicago, St. Louis and Kansas City to make an examination Into the school buildings at each of these places, and particularly to Investigate industrial high school work. Mr. Glau-que's Glau-que's reason for this Inquiry was that the" city school board contemplates tho erection of a hnlf-mllllon-dollar high school here, and as his commllteo buildings and groundswill have much Jurisdiction In the matter, Mr. Glauque made extensive Inquiry and wide Investigation Inves-tigation of eastern schools to get data for tho benefit of tho school hoard In tho building of the new high school. It Is quite likely that Mr. Glauque will give his views to the school board at Its next mooting- .
