Show NON-UNION MEN STILL AT WORK IN BILLINGS BILLINGS. Mont., Nov SO. But soven switchmen, three from the Great Northern North-ern yards and four from the Northern Pacific, left their work this evening In compliance with the striko orders of the Switchmen's union. The remainder of the thirty or more men employed at this point arc not mombers of tho union and arc not in sympathy with the strike At tho Laurel yards, eleven mombers left their work. Shipments of freight were refused late vestcrday afternoon. Tho passenger business busi-ness Is being handled by the crews of tho passenger trains, and there arc enough local switchmen who are not on strike to take care of the business In the local yards, and between this city and the roundhouse at Laurel. |
