The Attorney-General hits completed his examination of the charges against Vnilcd Stales Judge Thomas C. Humphrey Hum-phrey of the central district, of the Indian In-dian Tprritoiy. As a rosult of the investigation in-vestigation Judge Humphrey has been exonerated of all charges reflecting upon his integrity, but ha3 been admonished ad-monished that the form of certain proceedings pro-ceedings were such as to subject liim to criticism. The charges mado were largely by the ofiicors of a trust company com-pany doing business in the Indian Territory, Ter-ritory, who claimed that Judge Humphrey Hum-phrey had taken improper action with relation to the wile of timber on In- 1 dinu minors' lauds nnd also in other j transactions involving the estalos of Indian minors. |
