Show I NORTH STAB DISTRICT. F. R. Davis Returns From Camp in Beaver County, Utah. Led on by the magnificent showing that, has been registered upon the fumous Xuwhouse or Cactus property, all Beaver county has progressed very satisfactorily during the past season, and it has made swift inroads into public, pub-lic, confidence as a consoqucuce. Few Sundays slip by without a crowd of J local mining men hilling out for the l various districts of Beaver, bent upon J :-ftoing actual conditions for themselves , " and it is very seldom that they return i without being impressed with the j progress being made in the different in- , tcrest centevs of the county. , A visitor to the North Star district ! last Snnda3' was V. R. Davis of the ! linn of Davis, Short . & Elliott, and j his confidence in the several mines ; uf that section was only increased by j an inspection of the same. Ho stated ' J yesterday that he went through the ; Cedar, Talisman aud the Cedar Exlcn- ! siou, all which are Salt Lake nropo- j sitions. While very much pleased J with the showings on these properties, i and in spite of the manner in which ; i both aro registering results, .Mr. Davis , L.J Joes not believe that either are yet to , their real resources, but that the best H returns are to be secured by future dc- ; B relopnient effort. Ho dooms all worthy ' H of the confidence that is being reposed H! In them, and tliat the future holds t HI much for those interested. i |
