Sawyer, Jr.. tried to J j persuade Judge Diehl yesterday after- l i noon that the bail of Aquilla Yaeger i should be reduced from ?250 because j the defendant was charged only with stealing a bracelet. County Attorney Dana Smith argued that tho court should also consider the fnct that Yaeger Yae-ger tried to lake off a girl's' finger while appropriating the bracelet, "He attempted to pull her rings off with his teeth," said the attorney. The court allowed, the ball to remain as originally set. Yneger will plead to the chnrge of robbery on Wednesday.
