J"EH,T' Julr 2S- A b, dea' was closed tnis afternoon whereby tho Rackor Manufacturing company, a new concern, con-cern, comes Into possession of the down town branch of the Co-operative store The property consists of one of the finest fin-est stores In the city and n frontage on Main street of 10S feet. Tho deal embraces em-braces all of tho store fixtures but none of tho goods. The purchase price Is stated to be about J9.500 and Is considered con-sidered to be a great bargain. The new concern will take possession August C and will put In a big stock of general merchandise. They will also couduct a lumber, and coal yard which will be In- charge of S. J. Taylor, formerly for-merly in the employ of the Co-operative. The transaction centralizes all tho Co-operative interests in their uptown up-town houso where they have the largest larg-est department store outside of Salt Lake City.
