Show Court Notes. In tho case of tho Salt Lake Hardware Hard-ware company vs. G. S. Hays et al., Judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff by Judge Stewart yesterday for $370. Thomas B. Needham Is charged with habitual drunkenness In a complaint for divorce filed in the District court yesterday by Mattlc C. Needham. The plaintiff asks for a decreo of separation on the ground of cruelty. The couple Intermarried In this city on December 17, 1S98. Cruelty and habitual Intemperance are the grounds alleged In the complaint com-plaint for divorce of Cordelia Pypor against Robert A- Pypor filed in the District court yesterday. Tho plaintiff plain-tiff alleges that the defendant has been guilty of drunkenness for the post five years. The parties were' married February Feb-ruary 14, 1SS0, in this city, and have seven children. The plaintiff a9ks for the custody of five minors and for general gen-eral relief. Suit to recover $5000 was filed in the District court yesterday by W. E. Johnson John-son and the Bank of Commerce against C. Frank Emery, E. G. nines and T. J. Nipper. The plaintiffs allege that the defendants, on February 25, 1904, unlawfully un-lawfully took property to the value of $5000 from the premises known as Ford's hotel. Stanley B. In addition to the petitioner, peti-tioner, widow of the deceased, there arc two other heirs, a son and a daughter. Tho petition is set for hearing on Friday, Fri-day, May 20. in the case of E. K. Walker vs. D.'ll.
