On repeated occasions, it la set out, the defendant has come home Intoxicated. Iu the month of June, 1903, when one of their children died, the defendant Is alleged to have said that it wan probably a good thing that the child had died. The defendant is ordered, to pay tho Dldlntlff ?2 per week for tho support of a minor child. The couple wero married October 3, 1S99, at Spanish Fork. |
