Protective Committee. NEW YORK. May ' 25. Stockholders of the- Mexican Central Railway company com-pany have formed a protective committee, commit-tee, consisting of William L. Bull as chairman, Robert B. Van Cortlandt and Gerald L. Hoyt of this city, Gordon Abbott Ab-bott of Boston and F. G. Banbury of London. The committee states that because be-cause of the large floating debt of the company and the recent efforts to classify clas-sify the board of directors without previous pre-vious notice it seems necessary to organize or-ganize a committee In the interests of stockholders.
