Show FATAL ACCIDENT TO CHILD DIES FROM INJURIES RECEIVED BY FALLING Infant Son of Mr and Mrs Joseph P Davis Falls From Chair Striking On His Head Harvey DavIs agediS months son of JosephP Davis of 24 Kendall square died at J0 a in yesterday from the effects of a fall The little fellow was standing on a chair In the kitchen Wednesday morning looking out of the window wheii he slipped off onto the floOr striking the hack of his head a terrible blow However he appeared to recover shortly and played around during the day as usual But at C n m the child was taken suddenly 111 anti a few hours Inter was seized with convulsions became be-came unconscious at 3 a m and expired ex-pired an hour and a half later Dr Maclean was called in shortly after the child was taken sick and was constantly in attendance until the end The skull was not fractured but he believes that concussion of the Drain was the result of Ihe fall and the OUUPC of death The family are pro slraied over their loss |
