SECOND BOND QUESTION SUBMITTED: Shall the Chesterfield Improvement Im-provement District, Salt Lake County, Utah, issue its negotiable, negoti-able, coupon, sewer revenue bonds, in the principal amount of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Thou-sand Dollars ($220,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary neces-sary for the purpose of constructing con-structing or acquiring a system for the collection, treatment and disposition of sewage, with all necessary lines, facilities, equipment equip-ment and appurtenances, and for the improving and extending any such improvement or combination com-bination of improvements, and the payment of all legal, engineering engi-neering and fiscal agent expenses reasonably incurred in connection connec-tion with the construction, acquisition, ac-quisition, improving and extending extend-ing of such improvements and with the authorization and issuance issu-ance of such bonds, said bonds to bear interest at a rate or rates not to exceed six per centum (6) per annum, payable semiannually semi-annually and maturing serially commencing not later than three (3) years and extending thirty-five thirty-five (35) years from their date, callable after 1987, which bonds shall constitute special obligations obliga-tions of said district, payable solely from the operating revenues reve-nues to be derived by said District Dis-trict from the operation of its sanitary sewer system? If the voters desires to vote in favor of the issuance of either or both of said bonds, he shall place an "X" in the space after the word VYes" on the official ballot. If the voter desires to vote against the issuance of either or both issues of the said bonds, he shall place an "X" in the space after the word "No" on the official ballot. Said election shall be held in the Redwood School at 2650 South Redwood Road, Salt Lake County, Utah. The District is willing to purchase pur-chase the existing sewer in the Redwood Gardens area at a reasonable rea-sonable amount, but so far it has received no offer of sale. If a reasonable offer is not obtained from the subdivider who laid the sewer, no payment will be made to the house owners of such area now connected to the existing sewer line.
