HAYWARD, his wife, Plaintiffs, vs. LEWIS SCHOPPE and CRAWFORD CRAW-FORD INVESTMENT COMPANY, COM-PANY, a Utah Corporation, and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate es-tate or interest in, or lien on the real property described in the pleadings adverse to Plaintiffs' ownership or clouding cloud-ing Plaintiffs' title thereto, Defendants.
