Show LEGAL XOTICES. Trnatee's Sale. WHEREAS, Herman C. Metelman (unmarried) (unmar-ried) Jit his certain deed of trust, dated the 30th day of June. 1891, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Salt Lake countv, Utah, on the 2nd day of July, 189!, in the book, of mortgages "ix," at pages 4H7-88-89, 4'JO, conveyed to H. J . Dininny, as trustee, the property in said deed of trust arid hereinafter described, to t-ecmre to G. W. . Griffith Grif-fith o Denver, in the state of Colorado, the payment pay-ment of a promissory note for five thousand dollars, dol-lars, made by said Metelman, and diited the 1st 1 day of June, 1891, with interets thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annum, payable semiannually, semi-annually, as shown by the coupon no'tes thereto attached, which note is in said deed of trust mora particularly described; and Whereas, default has been made in the payment of the interest on said prouiirsoiy note, to-wit: Coupons number one 1 and two 21 for two hundred dollar each, and th whole amount of said note and interest is now due, by the terms of said note and trust deed, and a right hath allisen to have Slid trust deed foreclosed, and the owner thereof co e ects, said interest and principal still remaining unpaid. Now. therefore, notice is hereby piven that at the election of the legal owner and holder of said note and trust deed, and at his request, and by virtue of tne power and su'.hority on me by law and the said deed of trust conferred, I, the undersigned, under-signed, 11. J. Dininnv, as trustee, will on Monday, Mon-day, the 19th day of Jiecember, IS A t 12 o'clock noon on that dy, at the front door of the County Courthouse in the city and couuty of Salt Lake, Terr.tory of Utah, expose for sale at public auc-tiou, auc-tiou, and will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the real estate by said deed of trust conveyed, situated sit-uated in the county of Salt Lake, Territory of Utah, and described as follows: Lots number seventeen 171, eighteen 3S and nineteen 19, block one fl, l'erkins' addition to Salt Lake City, together with all appurtenances, right, title, beiient and equity of redemption, and all rights to the use of water for irrigating said premises, and for domestic purposes thereon, to which the said Metelman or the premises thereby conveyed, are now, or may hereafter become entitled, to satisfy Baid note and Interest thereon, and tha costs and expenses of this trust.
