PURSUANT TO AN order of sale to me directed by the district court of the Third Judicial district ot the territory of Utah, I shall offer at public sale at the front door of the county court house, in the city and county of Salt Lake, Utah territory, on the titti day of December, 18'ii, at 13 o'clock m., all the right, title, claim and Interest of James Veitcb. and George B. Squires of, in and to the following-described real estate, situate, lying and being in the county of Salt Lake, Utah territory, and particularly described as follows, to-wit: An undivided un-divided two-thi-ds of the Fairview lode mining claim, bearing silver and other metals, and situated sit-uated in Wast Monntain mining district. Salt Lake county, Utah territory; together with all ! the veins, lodes, ores end gold and silver bearing quartz, rock and earth therein contained, and with all and singular the tenements and appurtenances appur-tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ap-pertaining.
