Show Trustee's Sal. WHEREAS, J. C. Dobbins, unmarried, by his certain deed of trust, dated the 30th day of June, 1891, and recorded in the office of the recorder of Salt Lake county, Utah, on the 2d day of July, 1891, in book of mortgages "3 D," on pages 1, 2 ,3 and 4. conveyed to H. J. Dininny, as trustee, the property in said deed of trust and hereinafter described, de-scribed, to secure to (i. W. E. Griffith of Denver, in the state of Colorado, the payment of a promissory pro-missory note for six thousand dollars, made by said Dubbins to said Griffith, and dated the 1st day of Jane, 1891, with interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annum, payable semi-annually, as shown by the coupon notes thereto attached, which note is in said deed of trust more particularly particu-larly described; and W hereas, defan It has been made in the pay- ment of the interest on said promissory note, to-wit: Conpons nnmber one 1 and two 2J for two hundred and forty dollars each, and the whole amount ot raid note and interest is now due by the terms of said note and trust deed, and a right hath arisen to have said trust deed foreclosed, fore-closed, and the owner thereof so elects, said interest in-terest and principal still remaining nnpaid. Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that at the election of the legal holder and owner of raid note and trust deed, and at his request, and by virtue of the power and authority on me conferred, con-ferred, I, the undersigned, H. J. Dininny, as trustee, trus-tee, will on Monday, the 19th day of December, 1892, at twelve o'clock, noon, of that day. at the front door of the county court house, in the city and county of Salt Lake, territory of Utah, expose ex-pose for sale at public auction and will sell to the highest bidder for cash the real estate by said deed of trust conveyed, situated in the county of Salt Lake, territory of I-lab, and described as follows, fol-lows, to-wit:. Lots forty-four 44, forty-five 1 45 and forty-six 4, block two 2 f, Perkins' addition addi-tion to Salt Lake City, together with all appurtenances, appur-tenances, right, title, benefit ar.d equity of redemption, re-demption, and all rights to the use of water for irrigating said premises, and for domestic purposes pur-poses thereon, to which the said Dobbins, or the premises thereby conveyed, ara now or may hereafter here-after become entitled, to satisfy said note and interest in-terest thereon, and toe c-sts and expenses of this trnst.
