Show VTOTICE OF SALE UNDER DEED OF AN trust. Whereas, Daniel H. McAllister and Susie B. McAllister his wife, on the 4th day of April, 1891, executed and delivered to the Salt Luke Valley Loan and Trust company their certain cer-tain promissory note for the earn of $5000, payable pay-able on the 4th day cf April, 1S92, with interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annnm from date until maturity, and with interest after maturity on all sums remaining unpaid at the rate of twelve per cent per annum until fully paid; and Whereas, to secure the psyment of said note according to its tr::e tenor and effect, the said Daaiel H. McAllisier and Susie B. McAllister on said 4th dav of April, 1891, executed and delivered to O. J. Salisbury and Simon Bamberger, trustees, of Sa t Lake City, Utah territory, a certain deed whereby they conveyed to raid O. J. Salisbury and Simon Bamberger in trust the following-described premises situate in Salt Lake county, Utah territory, terri-tory, to-wit: 'Commencing at the northwest corner of lot five (ft) in Diock twenty-one (-.-i) or plat u, salt Lake City survey, and ruun ng thence south seven -rods ana one and one-half leet, tf.ence east ten rods, thence north seven rods and one and one-half one-half feet, thence west ten rods to place of beginning." begin-ning." Which said deed was duly filed for record in the office of the county recorder of Srlt Lake cennty, Utah territory, on the 6th day of April, 1891, and recorded in book "8A" of the mortgage records of raid office on page 427 : and Whereas, said dwd provides among other things that should def ault be made in the payment of said note according to its true t-nor and effect, said trustees or either of them, or in case of their refusal io act or disability in any wise, the then acting rheriff of Salt Lake county, Utah territory, at the request of the legal holder of said note, should proceed to sell the property in said deed and hereinbefore described, at public vendue to the highest bidder, at the front door of the connty conrt bouse in the county of Salt Lake, Utah territory, ter-ritory, for cash, first giving thirty days' public notice of the time, terms and place of sale, and description of the property to be sold, by advertisement adver-tisement in some newspaper printed and published pub-lished in Salt Lake connty, Utah terfitory; and Whereas, said note is now due, and the principal prin-cipal thereof together with the interest thereon from April 4. 1892, is wholly unpaid, and the makers of said note have utterly failed and refused re-fused to pay the rame; and Whereas, said trustees first named herein are unable to act and have refused to act; and Whereis, said note has been assigned to. and is now held by the First Natidnal Lack cf Dead-wood, Dead-wood, of the city of Dead wood, state of bonth Dakota: Now therefore; At the request of the said First "National Bank of Deadwood, and pursuant to the powers in me vested by raid trust deed, I, A. J. Burt, sheriff of Salt Lae county. Utah territory, will, at the front door of the conrt house of Salt Lake connty, in the city of Salt Lake, Utah tenri-tory.on tenri-tory.on the 15th day of December, li492,at the hour of 12 o'clock m. of said day, sell at public vendue for cash the premises hereinbefore and in said trnst deed described, to satisfy said note and interest in-terest and tho costs of executing this trnst, including in-cluding attorney's fees aj stipulated for in said trust deed.
