Show Notice or Sale Under Trust Deed. WHEREAS, CHARLES O. FARNSWOKTH, on the 21st day of - March, 1892, . .ecuted and delivered to the Bank of Commerce his certain cer-tain promissory note for the sum of Four Thousand Thous-and Three Hundred and iVrty dollars, payable on the 2tst day of March, 1898, with interest tnere-on tnere-on at the rate of ten per cent per annum from its date, both principal and interest payable at the Bank of Commerce, in Salt Lake City; and Whereas, to secure the payment of said note according ac-cording to its true tenor and effect the said Charles O. Farnsworth and Jennie A. Farnsworth, his wife, on the same day executed and delivered to S. F. Walker and S. H. Fields, jr., trustees, of Salt Lake City, Utah, a certain deed whereby they conveyed to the said Si' F. Walker and S. II. Fields, jr., in trust the fad)owing described premises, prem-ises, situate in Salt Lake couuty, Utah, to-wit: Lot nine (9) in block thirteen (18), lots five (5), six (t) and seven (7) in block fifteen (15), lot eight (8) in block twenty (20), lots seven (7) and nine (9) in block twenty-two ('-2i, lota ten (10), eleven (11) and twelve (12) in block thirty-six (3b), lots eleven (11) and twelve (12) in block thirty-seven (37), and lots one (1), two (2), twelve (12), thirteen (13), fourteen (14), fifteen (15), sixteen (16), seventeen (17) and eighteen (18) in block seventy-one (71), all as platted plat-ted in Kinney & Gourlay s improved city plat of Salt Lake City; which said dead was duly filed for record in the office of the onnty recorder of Salt Lake county, Utah, on the th day of J uly, 182, and recorded !n book "3A," page 530; and Whereas, said deed provides amonotherthings that should default be made in the payment of said note according to its true tenor and effect, raid trustees at the request of the legal holder of said note, may proceed to sell the property in said deed described at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the County Court House at the county seat of Salt Lake County, Utah, first giving thirty days' public notice of the time, terms and place of sale, and description of the property to be sold, by advertisement ad-vertisement in some newspaper printed and published pub-lished in Salt Lake Connty Utah; and, " Whereas, raid maker of said note has ntterly failed and refused to pay the interest falling due thereon on the 21st day of September, 1892, amounting to the sum of one hundred aud eight and 60-10U ((108.60) dollars; and Whereas, the holder of said note, the Bank of Commerce, has elected to declare and has declared, de-clared, under the provisions of raid deed of trust the whole of said debt dne and payable, and has requested the undersigned trustees to sell the premises under the power conferred npon them by raid deed, for the purpose of satisfying the said debt, including pr.ncipal and interest. Now therefore, pursuant to the power in them vested by .aid trust deed, and at the request ot the said Bank of Commerce aforesaid, we, S. F. Walker and 8. H. Fields, jr., trustees, of Salt Lake City, Utah, will, at the front door of the County Court Honre in Salt Lake County, Utah, on the 15th day of December, 1892, at the hour of 12 o'clock in. of said day, sell at public vendue ven-due to the highest bidder for cash, the premises hereinbefore and in said deed described, to satisfy said note and interest, and costs of executing this trust.
