Show Summons. IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR the Third judicial district of Utah territorv, county of Salt Lake. Thomas Mitchell, plaintiff, vs. Maurice J. Connor, defendant. The people of the territory of Utah send greeting: greet-ing: To Maurice J. Conner, defendant You are hereby required to appear in an action hrought against you by the above named plaintiff in the district court of the Third judicial district of the territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint com-plaint filed therein within ten days (exclusive of the day of service) after the service on you of this summons if served within this county; or, if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty davs; otherwisa within forty days or judgment by default will be taken against you, according to the prayer of said complaint. The said action is brought to have judgment against defendant in sum of $S14.0o, with intere-it thereon from February 15, 1S2, and'for costs of suit, alleged to ba due on two causes of action as follows, to-wit: First, in sum of $306.25, alleged to be the balance dne for work performed by plaintiff, as a miner, for defendant, on Chloride Point mine, Tooele county, Utuh, between September Septem-ber 1. 18yL, and February 15, 18H2; second, in sum of $8.80, for lumber furnished the defendant, at his request, by plaintiff, between September 1, 1891. and February 15, 1892; both aaid claims being be-ing due and wholly nnpaid. And yon are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will take judgment against you for the sum of $314,05, with interest as above and costs of auit. t Witness, the Hon.
