Show COURT PROCEEDINGS. Third District Court, McKean, C, J., Prosidiog. DEC EM HER TKRM THIRTIETH DAY. Saturday, Feb. G, 1S75. Court convened at 10 o'clock, a.m. J. C. Royle et a!,, trustees, etc., vs. Susan Dixon; on motion of plaintiffs' counsel tho cause was dismissed. John M. Fraser vs. Luke Bhuman; judgment was entered by default. Wolfo & Hyams vs. H. CharleoD; settled and dismissed. The Deonle. etc.- vs. Oharlea L. Williamson and John Smith; indictment indict-ment for larceny; on trial by the jury. District Attorney Carey for the prosecution, pros-ecution, Burmester and Toohy for the defence. Tho jury were out two huurs and a half when tbey returned a verdict against the dofondents of guilty as charged in tho indictment, and recommended the prisoners to the mercy of the court. Tronor M. Park vs. Emma 9. M. Co., and Now York loan and indemnity indem-nity company vs. Emma S. M. Co.; judgments were entered against the defendant by default. Referred to tho clerk to compute the amount due. Court adjourned till Monday morning morn-ing at 10 o'clock. |
