Railroad into Sanpete. Hon. William Jennings and Bishop John Sharp, of the Utah Central and Southern road3, returned last evening from a business visit nnd tour of inspection in-spection to 8anpete valley, in connection connec-tion with the extensionof the railroad. The company organized recently for building a narrow guage through Salt Creek canon from Nephi into Sanpete, hue a force of laborers at work grading for the road. As soon as spring opens the grading of the Utah Southern to Nephi will be energetically ener-getically prosecuted. Ties are being purchased for the extension, and the j intention is to have it completed, and ! the cars running early in the coming summer. If the builders of the San- pete valley road hurry up with their line, the summer will not pass before the iron horse makes himself heard in that productive region.
