Owing to the slowness of the counting and the reticence re-ticence of many of the officers of election grave fears arc entertained in some quarters that an effort is being be-ing made to sell out the city by false returns. The Bulletin claims that the election of the full anti-monopoly anti-monopoly ticket can only be prevented pre-vented by fraud. Large, rewards are offered for the dectection of any person guilty of attempted fraud. Several wards will not complete then returns before to-morrow night.
