Show Pleasant Time. On Friday evening eve-ning the stjdeats of professor W. H. Rager's seminary, 13th ward assembly rooms, gave a pleasant party at which some seventy couples were present; and the manner in which the affair came off, -we are informed, was in every sense highly creditable to those engaged engag-ed in getting it up. Professor Rager has now taught for about six years in the same building, and has done a great doal in the way of disseminating a good education among the rising generation. He is a popular teacher, too, as the party of Friday night shoved, and his efforts are always appreciated by parents and show their results in the rapid advanca of tho pupils under his care. |
