OCR Text	Show Dauntless Case Dismissed I Jacksonville Fla April 15The case against the steamer Dauntless seized on Fornando beach on Oct 31 1896 for violation of the navigation laws in that she was not provided with the proper number of life boats came up for trial in the United States district court today After hearing the evidence Judge Locke promptly rendered a decision de-cision dismissing the case The evidence evi-dence of the local steamboat inspector showed that the owner of the tat had complied with all regulations
