THE DYER ESTATE A Statement Filed Yesterday l > y theE the-E In the probate court yesterday Messrs P L Williams and H P Henderson executors exe-cutors of the estate of Frank H Dyer deceased filed a statement showing that there is now on hand In cash the sum of 516500 that the debts allowed against the estate have been paid but it seems improbable im-probable owing to objection by persons Interested that an adjustment of the legacy leg-acy to Winifred Crisson mother of the deceased could be made Petitioners represent that in their judgment the sum of 15000 might now be loaned by them and satisfactory securities had therefor They therefore pray for an order or-der of court directing them to advertise for loans upon securities to be approved by them and by this court The order was made
