| Show An Informal HearIng 5t Louis March SIn chambers today Judge Caidwell of the United States Circuit court gave an informal hearing lo the attorneys of the Central Trust com pain representing the first mortgage bondholders of the Colorado Midland railroad rad They fed a motion asking for the appointment of separate receivers for the Colorado Midland but Judge Caidwell refused to entertain It He said emphatically emphati-cally that he did not propose to hear applications of the Colorado Midland St Louis ti San Francisco Atlantic Pacific Pa-cific or any other auxiliary lines com I posing the Atchison system for separate receivers until the reorganization com j mlttee of the Atchison had a reasonable j length of time in whIch to form their plan Judfre Caldwell added that If after n1er this plan had been submitted its provisions provis-ions were not satifactory to any of the auxiliary lines then applications for separate receivers would be in order or not until then m1 The Atchison receivers were not pres 1 lt being represented by George H I i Peck the general solicitor of Chicago |
