yesterday decided de-cided that the estate of Minnie Barton Bar-ton has suffered enough at the hands of attorneys and overruled the claim of Baldwin and Tatloclc for money alleged to be due for legal services In his decision the court said I concur con-cur in the judgment of my worthy predecessor pre-decessor Judge Blair 1n this that the estate of Minnie Barton deceased ecease has been sufficiently charged in the matter of attorneys fees and if there be any valid and existing claims In favor of Baldwin Tatloclc they must look to W C Hal for an adjustment ad-justment of the same who is in my Judgment the real attorney in the case I propose to protect the estate against any farther charges for attorneys at-torneys fees and therefore deny the compensation prayed for Messrs Baldwin and Tatlock asked time fn which to perfect an appeal but according to Judge HcNally an appeal will not lie in this case and the only recourse the attorneys have is to sue the dered administrator for
