Show NO DANGER OF COAL FAMINE I Dealers Have Plenty and Prices Likely Like-ly to Stand Replying to an item in a local paper that coal dealers have difficulty in fillIng fill-ing orders because of scarcity of supply sup-ply Agent D J Sharp of the Pleasant Valley Coal company atates that there is no dearer whatever of a coal famine I fam-ine in Salt Lake He has of Castle gate coal ajone nearly 8000 tons stored at the yards and this would be enough to supply every family in the city another an-other month even if not another carload car-load came from the mines The mines are all producing heavily and preparing prepar-ing for winter orders and soon the product of the new Sunnyside mines will be on the market Mr Sharp believes that the cost of coal to consumers will remain as it Is but if any change takes place it might be slightly higher on account of the increased cost of everything entering into the production of black diamond fuel |
