Not Mr Dooly The statement in yesterdays HERALD that Mr Dooly was one of the stockholders who voted at the recent election for directors direc-tors of the street railroad company was an error Mr Dooly is not a stockholder and the books of the company show that he nevsr owned I share of stock We are also reliably informed that he has not now and never has invested a dollar in any street II railroad in this city Neither was Mr Dooly present at the meeting referred to I nor did he hold any proxies
