Paris Alarmed over May Day PARIS April 29A serious feeling of alarm prevails in official circles here at the possibility of un Anarchist outbreak the 1st of May As a result the military and police authorities are taking the most extreme ex-treme precautions and making every preparation pre-paration possible to effectually meet and promptly suppress any disorder Several violent Anarchist manifestoes intended to incite the soldiers t composing the garrison gar-rison of Paris and its is neighborhood to revolt re volt wore recently circulated by Anarchists Anar-chists I is announced that from today until the May day excitement is over no soldiers will be allowed to leave their barracks bar-racks except on guard duty or to bro ing in supplies provisions etc Even br-o are confined to their barracks To each soldier of the garrison one hundred rounds of cartridges have been distributed The military authorities have also arranged plans of communication with the different military posts barracks and forts and hayo completed arrangements for tho concentra tion and distribution at points of vantage of troops in case of disorders
