NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, the 27th of April, 1978, at 4:00 p.m. in Room 108, of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, the Davis County Board of Adjustment will conduct a hearing to consider the following appeal from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. CASE NO. 245-78 An appeal by Richard D. Smith for a variance to allow the construction of a swimming swim-ming pool closer than 30 feet to a home on the neighboring lot. The following property is located at 1351 Swinton Lane, Farmington, Utah. Zoning Ordinance 2-10-4(2). It is hereby required that the appellants and those in opposition of their agents be present to argue the case.
