Among the family members visiting as a result of the passing of Ethelyne Christiansen were Mike and Shannon Telford and children from Idaho, Ted Telford from Salt Lake City and Bob and Gordon Christiansen, sons of Mrs. Christiansen. Tom wasn't able to make the trip, because of illness. The Steve Dangerfields were more than happy to have as their guests Janet's brother Eric Huish, who is going on a mission and Janet's mother from Arizona. Mamie Holbrook was smiling all over as she had her three daughters with her over the weekend. The Lloyd Hogans had a special experience as their friend Hope Reader dropped in. She had worked in Geneva, Switzerland, as head librarian for the United Nations Na-tions for 29 years. At retirement re-tirement Hope had been invited in-vited to the United States to be honored at the USU for her service to humanity. She had been a native of the Logan area. The week brought happiness hap-piness and more to Peggy Freestone and her husband Ron. They became the parents of a baby girl. Grandpa and Grandma Freestone were all smiles also. al-so. Weston and Vickie But-, But-, terfield also were overjoyed to y report that they now have a ,',hnby girl. |
