Wild Life Federation Meet To Be Held Mar. 15 The Washington County Wild Life Federation will hold its annual , meeting and election of officers ', on March 14th reports Lawrence Wadsworth, president of the as- sociation. The meeting will be held in the Woodward high gymnasium gym-nasium starting at 8 p. m. I "We are in hopes that we will have a big turn-out for this meeting, meet-ing, since this organization represents repre-sents one of the large resources of this county. The organization is doing everything possible to return some of the many dollars i that are collected in license fees and sent north. We have worked hard for the Enterprise reservoir i project, believing that this section ! is entitled to better fishing waters and that this is one of the best opportunities that we have in the county for fish propagation. As officers of the organization we have attempted to arrive,. at the best possible answer regarding the deer on the Dixie forest." Mr. Wadsworth points out that there is a possibility of having the state buy 200 acres of this county for a game refuge. An investigation in-vestigation of the Foster farm has been made and state game leaders are reported to be giving this project serious consideration.
