Show Elias Hunt Honored At Funeral Services Held In Enterprise ENTERPRISE, Utah Funeral services for Eiias Hunt, S6, were held in the Enterprise ward chapel on Friday, May 18, at 2 p. m. with Bp. Arthur Barlocker conducting. con-ducting. Mr. Hunt died at his home in St. George, Sunday, May 13. at 9 p. m. of general ailments, after six weeks illness. Music included ' three numbers by the ward choir, "Resting Now From Care and Sorrow," "O, My Father," with Durward Terry, soloist, and "I Know That My Redeemer Lives" with Maribah Holt, soloist; duet, 'Tace To Face, by Alta Truman and Heber M. Holt. Mrs. William Lund was accompanist. ' Speakers were Pres. Harold S. Snow and Richard McAllister of St. George, W. T. Truman and Harry H. Bowler of Enterprise. All four told of Mr. Hunt's contributions con-tributions to his church and his community, of his goodness as a father, neighbor and friend, his exempliary habits before his fellow fel-low men and his keen observance of the Word of WTisdom as taught by the LDS church. A short sketch of his life was given by a granddaughter, Mrs. Lulu Hebdon of St. George. Prayers were by F. J. Bowler of Gunlock and Frank D, Terry, of Enterprise. Burial was in the Enterprise cemetery. |
