Show Couple -Take Wedding Vows In Home Rites A lovely home wedding took place last Tuesday evening, eve-ning, October 15, when Miss LaVon Reynolds became the bride of Mack Arden Jacobsen. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arch S. Reynolds of this, city, and the bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Jacobsen of 245 East Third North street, Pro-vo- The marriage took place at the home of the bride's parents, in a beautiful setting - of palms, ferns and baskets of sweet peas. The ceremony was performed by Bishop Bish-op J. Y.' Bearnson of the Fifth ward, in the presence of immediate immedi-ate family members and close friends. The bride chose for her wedding wed-ding attire, a stunning green suit with black acessories, and she carried car-ried an orchid corsage. She was attended by Mrs. Shirley Brails-ford Brails-ford as matron of honor. Richard Trotter was best man. Following the wedding ceremony the couple were honored with an informal reception at the home, and they left shortly after on a honeymoon trip to the canyons of southern Utah. The bride is a graduate of the local high school, and the bridegroom bride-groom has been given his discharge dis-charge from the navy, in which he served three years. A number of parties are planned plan-ned for the couple during the next few days. They are making their home in Springville for the present. |
