Brereton, nee Mary Louise Ence I Newlyweds Mr., Mrs. Ron H. Brereton Wed July 20; Make Home in Provo Making their home in Provo are newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald H. Brereton, whose wedding was an event of July 20, the rites being performed by Bishop Ruel Crandall. The wedding ceremony was followed fol-lowed by a reception in the Second-Eighth ward church, at which many relatives and friends extended ex-tended congratulations to the newlyweds. new-lyweds. The lovely young bride, formerly Miss Mary Louise Ence, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arvel Ence, choose a wedding gown of lace and tulle with scalloped neckline and long tapered sleeves. Lace points from the fitted bodice dipped deep into the folds of a full-length tulle skirt. She wore a close fitting tier-ra tier-ra studded with seed pearls and sequins from which fell a shoulder-length shoulder-length veil. Her bridal bouquet was of pink roses-buds and feathered carnations encircling an orchid. He sister, Elaine Ence, was maid of honor, and was frocked in an apple green sheath dress. Wearing pink sheath dresses were her bridesmaids, Colleen Sanford, Car-ma Car-ma Sanford, JoAnn Van Leuven, Leah Reynolds, Sherlen and Karen Brereton. The latter two are sisters sis-ters of the groom. Lace-trimmed nosegays of white chrysanthemums and pink rose-buds with white ribbon rib-bon falls added a dainty floral note to their ensembles. In miniature bridal attire were 5 ! the junior attendants, Gerry and , Terry Brereton. ' Others in the receiving line in-i in-i eluded the parents of the couple, I Mr. and Mrs. Morris E. Brereton I and Mr. and Mrs. Ence. j Mrs. Ence was dressed in a dusty rose lace dress, and Mrs. Brereton in gray lace over pink. Each wore a corsage of pink rosebuds. rose-buds. Ronald Stubbs was best man. I Receptionists included Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ence and Mr. and Mrs. Glade Brereton, with Mrs. Ronald Stubbs at the guest registry. Nor-i Nor-i man Brereton was usher. 1 Mrs. Gloria Black was hostess i in the refreshment room and as-i as-i sisting with the serving was Ruth i Childs, Betty Jean Westman, Lyn-, Lyn-, ette Huff, Karen Ostlund, Loma Sanford, Vickie Hatch and Carolyn j Hatch. In charge of refreshments I were Mrs; Carl Norton, Mrs. R. L. i Wilson, Mrs. Thora Dalley, Mrs. , Roe Thorn and Mrs. Arthur Oak- ley. " Naomi Boyer was at the organ I to play the wedding march and I also furnished piano music during the reception. Betty Clark of Provo Pro-vo also played the piano and Carolyn Childs gave violin selections selec-tions accompanied by Miss Boyer. In the gift room were Mrs. Max Larsen, Mrs. Dean Bird, Mrs. Hugh Heath, Mrs. Dee Hatch, Mrs. Ed Jolley and Mrs. Vern Pulley. Gift bearers included Mary Ellen Sanford, San-ford, Vee Sanford, Nola Black and Farrel Pulley. |
