Show LEW J. BOYER DIES AT HEW JERSEY Lew J. Boyer, 40, a former resident resi-dent ot Springville, died at his home in Elizabeth, New Jersey, last Saturday, after an appendectomy, appen-dectomy, according to word received re-ceived by his brother, Charles Boyer of this city. Funeral services and burial were conducted in Elizabeth, N. J. He was born in Springville, April 20, 1894, a son of Francis and Colista Perry Boyer. He taught school in Uintah county during his earlier life, and later had engaged in life insurance and book binding work. He had lived in Elizabeth, N. J., several years having married Ruth Schmeiling Hopwood of that city. He is survived by his widow and two sons, Bryce Boyer, a student stu-dent at Leiand Stanford university, univer-sity, Palo Alto, Calif.; and Francis Fran-cis William Boyer, a student at the University of California, at Berkeley, Calif., both by a former marriage; five brothers and sisters, sis-ters, Mrs. Joseph A. Anderson, Mrs. Frank Salisbury, Dee Angus Uoycr of Salt Lake City; John E. Boyer of Oakland, Calif.; Charles Buyer of Springville. |
