Show EATHA M. LEWIS Funeral services will be held at the Roosevelt ward chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Saturday at 1 p.m., for Mrs. Eatha Lydia Mor-rell Mor-rell L. Lewis, 70, who died in the Roosevelt LDS Hospital Wednesday at 1:45 a.m. following follow-ing a lingering illness. The service ser-vice will be conducted by Clifton Clif-ton N. Memmott, member of the Roosevelt ward bishopric. Mrs. Lewis was born Feb. 17, 1884, in Junction, Piute County, a daughter of Alexander and Mary Elizabeth Young Morrell. She was married to Jasper Larsen, Lar-sen, Jr. in 1903 at Junction. He died June 2, 1932, and she married mar-ried J. D. Lewis in Dec, 1951 at Vernal. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, daugh-ters, Mrs. F. W. (Laura) Kraft, Montebello, Calif.; Mrs. F. A. (Effie) Dimmick, Salt Lake: three sons, Lloyd, Melvin and Mont Larsen, Roosevelt; five step-children, Sheldon and Val Lewis, and Mrs. Leta Pine, Vernal; Ver-nal; Mrs. Donna Anderson, of Roosevelt, and Bill Lewis, of Ridgeway, Colo.; two sisters, Mrs. Effie Betts, Roosevelt and Mrs. Wallace( Blanche) McCar-rell. McCar-rell. Gusher. Eleven grandchildren grandchil-dren and 9 great-grandchildren also survive. Friends may call at the Olpin Mortuary Friday afternoon and evening, and at the family home Saturday from 10 a.m. Burial will be in the Roosevelt Cemetery. |
