Show Mrs. Violet Gentry Mrs. Bertha Angus Final Rites Held For Mrs. Ames Funeral services for Mrs. "Lu-ella "Lu-ella Jane Ames, who died in the Roosevelt Hospital on November 10, we,e held Wednesday, November No-vember 14 in the Ioka Ward Hall, with Bishop James Lemon conducting. Musical numbers included quartet numbers, "Beyond the Sunset," and "Shall We meet," i by Garrett Stone, Ned Gines, Ronald Benson and Mr. Johnson; duet, "In the Garden," by Marie Benson and Evelyn Ferguson; a solo, "That Wondertui Mother of Mine," by Gertrude Russell. Speakers were Clifford Drol-linser. Drol-linser. Harold Eldredge and Bishop Lemon. Opening prayer was by M. J. Benson, and closing clos-ing prayer by John E. Webo. Burial wis in the Ioka cemetery, ceme-tery, with John R. Lemon dedicating ded-icating the grave. Mrs. Janie Mecham returned home Sunday after an extended visit with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Larson Lar-son and family in Idaho. Mrs. Mecham went to Idaho after she was released from a Salt Lake City hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Day, of Salt Lake City, visited Mr. and Mrs. Otto Lloyd Saturday. |
