Show The last few days have feund residents of the Basin digging out their sheep-skins and long-handled long-handled undies as the weatherman weather-man decided to end the balmy Indian Summer weather and advice ad-vice that Old Man Winter will now have his fling. A glance at the weather re ports, as compiled by Harola Dillman, reveal that the mercury mer-cury took a dive to a plus-8 on Nov. 17. However, a gradual climb has been noted and Wednesday the low was 30 above. November has been a rather dry month in Roosevelt, with only .03 of an inch of moisture mois-ture being recorded.
