Show Deaths and Funerals CALL Mrs. Ruth Call, 3249 Ogden avenue, dlod at a local hospital last night at 7:30 o'clock of peritonitis, following a week's illness. She was the wife of Willis- Call. Mrs. Call was born April 23? 1SS4, at "Woodruff, the daughter of Peter C. and Margaret Ward Cornla. She Is survived by the husband and following children: Xzelda, Margaret, iLamont, Mildred, June, Woodrow and Ruth Call. Also by two brothers andd sisters. sis-ters. POORTE Mrs Elizabeth Poorto, wife of Herman Poortc, was buried in the city cemetery yesterday following follow-ing services in tho Fourth ward, conducted con-ducted by Bishop Hyram E, Lund. ' Mrs Mary Farley sang, "After the Trials and Troubles;" Ed Saunders sang, "Twill Not Bo Long;" "Mothor Dear," was sung by Orson Griffin and Mrs Margaret Sander sang, "Beautiful "Beauti-ful Isle." Speakers were John "W. F. Volker, Mrs. Mary A. Jost of the Relief So-' clety, Evert Neuteboom, Patriarch E. A. Olsen and Bishop Lund. Tho grave was dedicated by L. -C. Williamson. MORTENSON -- Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Margaret Mortenson were held In the Sunset meeting house yesterday afternoon. Bishop Owen Hadlock officiated. Speakers were Jqs-oph Jqs-oph Burnott, President S. G, Dye, President Francis L. Nalder, Bishop Orlando Hadlock and Bishop Owen Hadlock. Arnold Read sang, "I Need Theo Every Hour," and "Tho City Gates." Miss Luolla Hadlock sang, "Face to Face," and "Somotime Somewhere."
