Show Mr- Howell's First Number- Considerable interest has been man-ifested man-ifested regarding the first nnrnber of the Cosmopolitan magazine to be issued ucder the editorial management of Mr. Howells. The magizine has furnished a list of names which promises something some-thing quite unusual for the Slay number. num-ber.
