B The various officials charged with tho enforce- B ment of tho law are unanimous in their statements m that the law is being flagrantly violated in this H city, and that they proposo to leavo nothing un- m done to bring the offenders to account. It is for H this reason that many complain about the inoffect- l iveness of prohibitory laws.
