Bulloch announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Gayla Rae, to Bradford C. Schmutz, Sch-mutz, son of Pres. and Mrs. Eldon W. Schmutz. The marriage will be performed per-formed Thursday, Sept. 25, in the Manti LDS Temple. The bride-to-be graduated from Cedar City High School and LDS Seminary in 1972 and at tended Southern Utah State College in 1973, during which time she was selected by the LDSSA as Outstanding Freshman Fresh-man Student. She then attended Brigham Young University for two years majoring in English and is now continuing her studies at home. The prospective bridegroom also graduated from Cedar High in 1972 and attended SUSC a short time until he received an LDS Mission call to the Arizona Tempe Mission. Following his mission he returned to SUSC to continue his studies. Both have been active in the LDS Church serving in various capacities. Brad is currently serving as SUSC Stake Young Adult president. The young couple plan to make their home in Cedar City as they complete their schooling. |
