ERICKSON Karen Cason, Charles E. Erickson Exchange Marriage Vows, fire Honored at Reception St. George LDS Temple rites performed by Rudger C. Atkin, united in marriage Miss Karen Cason and Charles -E. "Eddie" Erickson. The single ring ceremony, cere-mony, performed January 7, was followed by a wedding breakfast at the Sugar Loaf Cafe, hosted by the bridegroom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard M. Erickson of Beaver, Utah. At a reception held in the Cedar Fifth Ward the evening of the wedding, the bride, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul R. Cason, wore a ballerina length dress styled from lace over satin. A boat neckline neck-line and Uly-point sleeves , highlighted high-lighted the dress. A rose ; petal tiara was the apex of a shoulder length bridal illusion veil. The bride held a cascading bouquet designed from red roses. Attending the bride at the nuptial nup-tial party were three of her sisters, sis-ters, Mrs. Willard (Cathy) Wood, Imaid of honor; Miss Denise and I Miss Debbie Cason, as bridesmaid brides-maid and junior bridesmaid. Also I acting as bridesmaids were Miss , Jill Cope, Miss Ann Kenney, Miss i Roma Melling and Miss Julie Taft. They wore A-line dresses made of satin brocade and they held white carnation bouquets. Keith Erickson was best man and ushers were Milo Erickson, John Powell, Dick Powell, Val Smith, Richard Littlefield, Elmer Evans and Jackie Beaumont. Mothers of the newlyweds were in the wedding line to assist in greeting guests. The bride's mother mo-ther wore a beige colored lace-over-satin dress and the bridegroom's bride-groom's mother wore a bone white dress. Both carried corsages cor-sages of gardenias. The Misses Sue Bulloch, Bonnie Gilbreth, Kathy Ketchum, Vivky Lynn Nelson, Lorraine Fife and Jane Bennett were serving while Miss Ivy Ward attended the guest book. Mrs. Curt Johnson Mrs. Bill Wood, Mrs. Boyd Redington and Mrs. Gayle Webb were at the serving tables and Miss Bonnie Halterman, Miss Paula Simpson, Mrs. Keith Erickson, Miss Kris ! Heaton and Mrs. Joe Gubler helped help-ed at the gift tables. Music for the reception was furnished by Ilene Seegmiller, Baumgartner and Ed Morris. Following a honeymoon trip, the couple is making a home in Beaver. The bride is a graduate of the Cedar City High School and the bridegroom graduated from Beaver Bea-ver High School and has completed com-pleted a mission to New Zealand. He has also attended General Motors Training Center. |
