Show Wendell Brooksby 5 j Also surviving is one grandchild; his mother, Bessie, of Gresham, Ore.;; two sisters Verla Jeffries of Gresham, Ore.; Emma Jean Sundquistof San Frandio, Calif. He was preceeded in death by a son, Todd Wendell. Funeral services were Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. in the Cedar Seventh LDS Ward Chapel. Burial was in the Cedar City Cemetery under the direction of the Spilsbury & Graff Mortuary. 1955, in the Logan LDS Temple. Dr. Broooksby was a veterinarian and owned and operated the Southern Utah Animal Hospital in Cedar City for the past 26 years. He was the president of the Utah Veterinary Medical Association in 1980 and 1981. He was an active member of the LDS Church and a member of the Cedar City Rotary Club. He is survived by his wife of Cedar City; and sons Craig Albin of Logan, Kent Albert of Cedar City, David Ardell of Salt Lake City and Steven Keith and Scott H. both of Cedar City. WENDELL ESPLIN BROOKSBY, 53, died Sept. 21, 1982, in Cedar City. He was born May 17, 1929, in Kanab to Albin and Bessie Esplin Brooksby. He married Beth Homer June 17, |
