Show NATIONAL BANK CHANGES. Several changes were made in the Utah National directory at the annual meeting of stockholders yesterday: W. H. Roy, P. L. Williams, Gay Lombard, i Joseph Baumgarten, A. nogers and A. I Keysor retiring from the board. The j directors elected were W. H. Brown, William EL Dale, Dr. J. M. Dart, James Chipman, W. S. Chipman, George Sutherland, Suth-erland, G. S. Peyton, J. E. Openshaw. W. H. H. Spafforl, B. G. Raybould and I F. Y. Taylor. The officers are James I Chipman, president; W. H. Brown, vice president; and B. G. Raybould, cashier The Commercial National re-elected its board and declared a 3 per cent I dividend. The present officers were also re-elected. The directory stands as fol- I lows: George M. Downey. W. P. Noble, Thomas Marshall. John W. Doni-nellan, Doni-nellan, John J. Daly, O. J. Salisbury, M. C. Fox, Theodore Meyer, A. F. Holden. The Deseret National re-elected its old board, consisting of L. S. Hills, W. W. Riter, George Romney, JamcB Sharp, John R. Winder. David H. Peery, W. H. Mclntyre. Moses Thatcher, Thatch-er, John R. Barnes, J. C. Cutler, E. R. Eldredge, David Eccles. A. W. Carlson. Carl-son. Officers for the ensuing year will be elected next week.
